Denmark’s Top Fitness & Health Blogger: Sandra Willer

When it comes to my blogger crushes, I have to admit I’m a huge fan of the Euro girls. Their take on fitness & diet is effortless, healthy, & fresh. I love the way they blog too- it’s relatable & approachable.
Anyway today I have Sandra Willer– she’s a top fitness & health blogger from Denmark. Not only is she gorg, she has a super healthy mindset that’s achieveable.

Sure! My name is Sandra, I’m a blogger from Denmark, currently studying business in Copenhagen. I currently only blog in Danish, but I’m considering changing the language to English as well. I love the city, discovering new places, meeting new people, & learning new things. I care a lot about fitness & health; I’ve come quite far with my journey to fit so far!
+ Quick skinny tips or tricks?
Do something you think is fun & enjoy doing for working out. Don’t drag yourself through things you don’t want to do. And remember to do it for YOU & because you deserve to work out and eat healthy. A healthy mindset is key to success :-).
+ Weekly workout schedule?
I vary my workout schedule a lot, in order to keep challenging my bod. I also like to try new things in order to avoid boredom. I typically work out five times a week, & when I don’t have time to go the gym or take classes I run in the woods. The newest thing I’ve become hooked on is boxing, which is sooo challenging & extremely efficient!
+ Favorite go-to healthy food?
Honestly I love most food, hehe. But I am completely obsessed with peanut butter, yum!


+ Cocktail of choice?
Oh my. I’d love to say ‘Skinny Bitch’ but to be honest I LOVE Pina Coladas ( probably the most unhealthy & calorie heavy drink there is LOL ). Guilty as charged!
+ Can’t-live-without beauty product?
Tough one. Probably mascara though!
+ If you had a bikini shoot in a week, how would you prep?
Plenty of veggies & water, but honestly I really don’t think I’d change that much. I wouldn’t want to be completely tired or sore from working out or fasting!
+ Natural beauty remedy?
I always wash my face in ice cold water. My beautiful grandma swears it’s her secret to having so little wrinkles!

Check my phone, I know!! I’m addicted to social media.

+ What’s in your purse?
A ridiculous amount of things I don’t need half of. I usually have my MacBook if I’ve been to school, wallet, phone, at least five different lipglosses ( don’t ask me why ), snacks, sunglasses, hair brush, mirror, some kind of book I’m reading, keys…list goes on.
+ My naughty indulgence is…

+ Super quick, healthy recipe?
One ripe banana, one cup oats, dash of honey, dark chocolate chips…just mix it up. It tastes like cookies!
